Duties & responsibilities:

• Provide high standards of flexible and responsive clinical practice and staff supervision
• Assess, develop, manage, and evaluate care plans for clients
• Promote activities to support client independence and recommend physical resources
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Collect, analyse, and report care outcome measures
• Represent our organisation at forums and workshops
• Deliver training presentations and supervise students
